To be a good technical writer you have to understand that you must write in a step-by-step process. It is paramount that you write in a sequential fashion. If you do not you run the risk of your entire content being unusable. In technical writing, the order in which things are written is most important. Another way that technical writing is different from scientific writing is that you never cite your sources.
